This house is an excellent example of a modern and comfortable private home.
The house itself has an area of 350 square meters and is located in a dense development where there are no places to open windows. The house is a perfect example of modern style and functionality. With a large swimming pool, barbecue area and courtyard, the owners can enjoy outdoor recreation and amenities right at home, even in a dense development.

The MCORP architects managed to place a 25-meter-long swimming pool, as well as a barbecue area and a courtyard on a small plot.
The owners of the house really wanted to see greenery in their house, but the plot did not provide an opportunity for this.
Therefore, the architects decided to create a lawn and shrubs on the roof of the second floor, as well as install a fireplace there.
The roof of the second floor with a lawn and fireplace creates an attractive green space that adds coziness and comfort to this modern home.
